What we can provide to your company ...
TPG Systems not only provides companies with timely and accurate financial reporting, but also communicates evolving operating "expectations" in a language every owner or manager will understand.

Typical financial communication focuses on historical operations rather than future expectations. The reams of financial reports processed often compromise understanding. TPG Systems poses these questions - Who has time to read reports by the pound? If they have the time, do they understand what they are reviewing? Why take all that time if it's old news? Without timely and accurate financial communication, operating or investment activities may be inappropriate or opportunities may be overlooked.

TPG Systems has developed unique financial reporting called ReoCommunicationssm (Real Estate Owner's Communications). It is not satisfied with just reporting what's already happened, but emphasizes the changing expectations throughout the year. It replaces the misbegotten idea that the more paper the better with a simple one page summary of "What's the story" ... "just tell me what happened, and what's going to happen."

TPG Systems not only uses these methodologies in their financial reporting, but also provides ReoCommunicationssm Seminars to corporations who wish to improve and, perhaps, streamline their financial communication (both internal and external).

Tell me more about the financial reporting ...
In addition to the typical financial reports (balance sheets, budgets and monthly income statements), TPG Systems also provides clients with the following financial reports under the servicemark ReoAccounting® (Real Estate Owner's Accounting):

*
CFP - (Cash Flow Plan) - A one page summary of a specific entity's annual operating budget (presented monthly), utilizing Revenues; Expenses; Working Capital Changes; as well as Investing and Financing Activities. This unique "tool" provides (at a glance) projected operating activities; tax projections; and monthly cash flow analysis.
*
BSA - (Balance Sheet Analysis) - A format which aids in the review and comparison of the prior year's balance sheet against the pro-forma "expected" balance sheet for the coming year. This allows expected activity to be evaluated for reasonableness and accuracy.
*
CFS - (Cash Flow Summary) - Incorporates the traditional Income Statement and traditional Cash Flow Statement into a user-friendly, one-page report and compares activity to the original plan. This report gives you a mechanism to provide for a quick and efficient review of recent activities while comparing the actual activity to what was planned for the period.
*
Status Report - Pulls the activity-to-date "puzzle" together in a simple coordinated presentation.
*
Economic Evaluation - Whether it is a lease or a purchase or sale transaction, this simple one-page analysis provides economic insight based on the simplest and lowest common economic denominator.
*
Financial Expectations Summary - The most important breakthrough in reporting for an owner ... Where have I been? and Where am I going? ... And it's understandable!
*
Financial Expectation Update - A mechanism to assure timely communication of "changes" in the CFP from operating personnel to financial staff.
*
Flash Reports - Specifically formatted for owners, to alert them to key cash issues during the month ... when the real world doesn't allow the luxury of waiting for month-end reporting.
